My venue was rated but the info is wrong. What do I do?
Email us at mike@buggysmart.app with your venue name and the correct details. We'll update the rating and re-call to verify if needed. Verified members get priority updates.
My venue isn't on the map yet. Can I get listed?
Yes. Email us your venue name and address and we'll add it to the call queue. Poppy will call within a few days. Free listings go on the map automatically after a successful call.
What does the verified badge look like?
A green "Buggy Smart Verified" mark on your map listing and borough page entry, plus a physical sticker you can display in your window. Parents know to look for it.
Why would parents trust this over Google reviews?
Because every rating came from a direct phone call to a human who works there. Not a review from someone's one visit two years ago. Parents with buggies have been turned away too many times to trust anything else.
